Thermaguard™ CUI 650
Thermaguard™ CUI 650 is a single component, full ambient cure, Corrosion Under Insulation (CUI) coating for temperatures operating from -196 to 650℃. A third generation polysiloxane coating which eliminates the necessary heat curing process prior to service, previously seen with single component polysiloxane coatings, this is facilitated through a novel single pack, ambient curing mechanism.
Designed to endure degradative environments found under insulation systems in cyclic temperature service. Fully tested against rapid thermal cycling, boiling saline water immersion, corrosion protection (C5 environment), chemical resistance, weathering and hardness in accordance with ISO & ASTM testing standards.
Thermaguard™ CUI 650 is used for cryogenic (-196℃) and high temperature resistant anti-corrosion purposes including specification by majors for CUI mitigation under traditional insulation systems. Both in shop (new build) and maintenance applications such as marginally prepared steels and hot application up to 300℃.

Thermaguard™ CUI 300
Thermaguard™ CUI 300 is a single component, full ambient cure, Corrosion Under Insulation (CUI) coating for temperatures operating from -196 to 300℃. A third generation polysiloxane coating which eliminates the necessary heat curing process prior to service, previously seen with single component polysiloxane coatings. Fast hardness development (reduced transportation damage) and shop throughput with 2 hour recoating times at 20℃.

Fully tested against rapid thermal cycling, boiling saline water immersion, corrosion protection (C5 environment), chemical resistance, weathering and hardness in accordance with ISO & ASTM testing standards.

Thermaguard™ TC 1200
Thermaguard™ TC 1200 is a single component, ambient cure polysiloxane finish offering colour stability from -196 to 650℃. The inorganic chemistry results in high colour stability, temperature, UV and weathering resistance. Can be applied over Thermaguard™ anti-corrosion coatings as heat resistant system.
Full range of safety colours available with RAL colours custom made to client requests. Please see colour card for standard colours.

Thermaguard™ SAL 600 is a polysiloxane aluminium anti-corrosion coating for exterior exposed assets. Designed for operating throughout -196 to 600℃ temperatures in DTM/finish applications. Inorganic polymeric metallic finish, single component, ambient curing coating system.

Thermaguard™ TIC 180
Thermaguard™ TIC 180 is a ceramic filled acrylic Thermal Insulation Coating (TIC) system. Provides a seamless insulating coating layer, which gives personnel protection according to ISO 13732-1. High build capabilities up to 1000µm DFT, Low VOC & high weathering resistant. Replacement of traditional systems for personal protection and insulation requirements. Thermaguard™ TIC 180 forms a monolithic structure and thus prevents corrosion causing factors.

Thermaguard™ TIC 400
Thermaguard™ TIC 400 is a ceramic filled polysiloxane, Thermal Insulation Coating (TIC). Insulation coating system can operate between -60 to 400℃ temperatures in excessive cyclic programs. Low thermal conductivity properties & ultra-high-build capabilities (>20000µm DFT) allows replacement of traditional insulation & cladding materials.
Coating structure provides seamless (monolithic) insulating layer, which prevents Corrosion Under Insulation (CUI). Resistant to UV exposure and weathering (ISO 11507), thermal cycling and can be combined with Thermaguard™ CUI 650 to provide a high performance anti-corrosion, thermal insulation coating system.
Thermaguard™ TIC 400 can be spray applied allowing simplification of insulating complex geometries, which are problematic with traditional systems, thus saving excessive CUI issues, project turnaround times and costs.

Thermaguard™ TIP 350
Thermaguard™ TIP 350 is a single component, ambient cure polysiloxane Temperature Indicating Paint designed for irreversible colour change offering hot spot identification at 300oC (572oF). A colour change from green to white will occur at this temperature allowing asset operators to identify temperature shifts during operation.
